We are sincerely proud of the quality and fit of our skirts and want you to be 100% happy. If you need to send something back due to a fit, size, or color preference issue, we will gladly exchange the product — or refund the purchase price (minus shipping or custom length charges) — when returned within 90 days.
We appreciate every single order we receive. We know you are excited to receive your skirt, and we are excited for you too! Our work week is Monday through Friday and on those days, we are cutting and sewing as fast as we can.
Please allow a minimum of ten business days (excluding holidays) before your order is shipped. We have the BEST production and shipping teams, and we are often able to sew and ship our skirts much quicker, especially during our slower seasons, although lately we are not sure we have a slow season! If you are in a time crunch and need your order by a specific date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can try and make some magic happen.
We ship via USPS and once your order is done, packaged, and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. We can not control the shipping times but most of our packages arrive to our happy customers within 3-5 days.
Simple Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these four quick steps:
1. Send us an email at email@example.com to let us know about your return/exchange so we can keep an eye out for it. We welcome any feedback too!
2. Place the product(s) in the mail with packing slip. We ask that merchandise is returned in unused, good condition.
3. Include your name, address, email/contact information, and order number with your return. If it is an exchange, please let us know what size and/or which skirt you would like in exchange.
